- Kaldir, the dwarf priestsmith approaches Fynn and shows great interest, wants to discuss Fynn’s origins over a beer at the Nugget at a later date

- Party heads to Aina’s Ore & More General Store
- Tangra and Aina are discussing the town portal loudly when you enter, Dakran sits reading, peering up at times.
- When they see the party they pipe down a little.
- But party presses Aina to tell more, and she says that the state of the portal is dangerous, it is one year overdue for a renewal. There have been minor mishaps.
- Dakran asks Grottar what deity he worships, as a paladin. Is pleased to learn it is Hallmthr, asks Grottar to consider creating a place for the populace to worship. They only have the Smithy of Kaldir left, with both the Circle of Gjerthr and the Church of Sol becoming abandoned and decrepit.
- Party decides to go towards barracks and get ready for going to the battlefield. They still have plenty of time, so they plan to take a look in the church of Grottar’s father on the way.
