Probably because her memory is fuzzy after the portal, many of her memories of her teenage years, seem a blur. Like it’s mixed with dreams, and smudged out like, a hopeless sketch. Out sticks Thraun Hollyleaf, her teenage boyfriend, turned adult, and love of her life. He was in training to later assume the position as Wizard Of The Secret Garden. The Secret Garden’s location is… secret, but attended to by the populace. They are temporarily blinded to reach it, and it is were coming of age celebrations are held. The Wizard of the Garden, tends to it, leads people safely back and forth, and trains his apprentice. There is always one Wizard, and one apprentice. Arden remembers pieces of the garden, and her own coming of age party. Thraun gifted her a beautiful elven made Lute, her most prized possession.
