Take special note of the material component: Aetherflux, and the changes to creating a permanent circle. These changes replace the common rules to this spell in Zarthuga.

Aetherflux which the spell consumes. For simple cast: 50gps worth, for a permanent one Aetherflux worth 20,000 gp.

You can create a permanent teleportation circle by casting this spell as a ritual spending 50 hours (ritual), it is usual to spread these 50 hours, out over about 7 days. To create a permanent circle, you must spend Aetherflux worth 20,000 gp. And taking 4d8 damage as red and purple contusions appear under your skin from the handeling of the Aetherflux. Every year 10,000gp must be spent again and the ritual performed again to keep the portal from degrading, take 2d8 damage from this. Walking through a degrading portal will deliver you to somewhere else than the target portal. This is up to the DMs discretion and should be balanced against the time the portal has been degrading. See the Mishap table under the Teleport for accessible rules.
