Description
Atla was once a powerful spellcaster, a mortal elf. But he has grown into something more. Through charisma and power he made a name for himself, being instrumental in the Retaking of the surface. He was shown to have control over souls and undead, and was one of the founding members of the Tearjerkers.
In recent times he has shown up when conflicts are about to arise between city-states, and usually is able to resolve these to compromises. Many believe that he is the reason that the world has seen no large scale war, since Wedn fractured., except for the non-humanoid invasion during The War of the Swarms.
