The King himself (the Tiatoani) is mysterious even to his own people. He wears a mask in public and enjoys the company of feathered dinosaurs more than people it seems. For the most part he keeps to his temple, and his servants. But a riding dinosaur police patrol the city and take actions in his name to keep the peace. And if you’re judged on the spot? Dino snacks.
The Tiatoani seems to have limited access to the Godspeak and is therefore considered a Demi-god known as Tiotani of Hapmes - Demi-god of Savageness. He is worshiped as a god by his people, and many in the jungles in the south-east of Zarth.
